What is RHypernova?
RHypernova is a free online workspace at rhypernova.com with eight modules: PDF Editor, OCR Suite, PenIQ Handwriting, FileConvert, ResumeMaker, PenIQ ATS Lab, Jobs Portal, and Recruiter + Hire. You can edit documents, extract text, build resumes, score candidates, convert files, and manage hiring — all in the browser.
Do I need to install software?
No. Every tool runs in your browser on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. There is nothing to download for everyday use.
Is RHypernova free?
Yes. Core tools are free to start. Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans add higher limits, API tokens, batch processing, and priority support. See /pricing for details.
Do you add watermarks to my files?
No. Exported PDFs, converted images, and downloaded outputs are clean — we do not add watermarks on free tiers.

Are my PDF files stored on your servers?
Files are transferred securely for processing and cleared after your session. We do not keep documents longer than needed to complete the task.
Do you offer a PDF API?
Yes. Developers can use the PDF API at /pdf/api-business for automated merge, conversion, and extraction in production pipelines.

What file types does OCR support?
You can OCR images (JPEG, PNG, WebP), multi-page PDFs, scanned documents, receipts, ID cards, tables, and handwritten notes depending on the tool you choose at /ocr.
Can OCR make a scanned PDF searchable?
Yes. Use Searchable PDF at /ocr/searchable-pdf to add a text layer so you can copy, search, and select text in scanned documents.
Is there an OCR API for developers?
Yes. The OCR API at /ocr/api-business supports image-to-text, scanned PDF, batch jobs, and enterprise volume with API tokens.

How does the ATS resume checker work?

How do recruiters post jobs?
Set up your organization at /recruiter/setup, create a job at /recruiter/jobs/create, and publish it to the Jobs Portal where candidates apply directly.
Can recruiters screen candidates with ATS?
Yes. Bulk screening at /ats/forrecruiters/bulk-screen ranks applicants against your job description and exports a report.
Where do job applications appear?
Applied candidates show up in /recruiter/candidates/applied with resume context. Move them through pipeline stages at /recruiter/pipeline.

Which formats can I convert?

Can I convert multiple files at once?
Yes. Batch convert at /converters/batch-convert processes several files and returns them together.
Is there a file size limit?
Everyday files convert freely. Very large files or high-volume batch jobs may require a Pro or API plan.

Does it recognize math equations?

What counts as one API action?
One successful API run call, one completed batch job download, or one session commit export. Failed requests are not billed.
Can I use API tokens on a free account?
Free tier includes limited API trials. Production volume requires Pro, Business, Scale, or Fintech plans — see /pricing.
Do you offer INR billing?
Yes. Fintech Scale and Private Cloud include INR billing. Pro and Business can be invoiced in INR on annual contracts.
